Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι, στα πλαίσια αναβάθμισης των υπηρεσιών μας, έχει προγραμματιστεί upgrade στην έκδοση του Plesk την Πέμπτη 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2019. Οι διεργασίες θα ξεκινήσουν στις 07:00π.μ.

Η εκτιμώμενη διάρκεια αναβάθμισης για κάθε server υπολογίζεται στη μία (1) ώρα, και κατά το διάστημα αυτό δεν θα είναι προσβάσιμη η υπηρεσία του Plesk και μόνο. Οι υπόλοιπες υπηρεσίες των servers δεν θα επηρεαστούν στο παραμικρό.

Οι servers στους οποίους θα γίνει αναβάθμιση είναι:

We would like to inform you that, on the process of improving our services, we have scheduled an upgrade on the Plesk version for Thursday December 5, 2019. The upgrade will start at 07:00a.m. (EEST).

The estimated upgrade time for each server is one (1) hour and during the process, Plesk will not be available. All other services of your server will not be affected.

We would like to inform you that there is a scheduled disk replacement on the server inuxzone100.grserver.gr, on Wednesday 4 December 2019 at 06:00 (EEST). The procedure is expected to be completed at 07:00 (EEST) and the services will be stable by then.

UPDATE 13:10 : Το πρόβλημα αναμένεται να επιλυθεί σε 1 ώρα.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο δικτυακό πρόβλημα στην επικοινωνία ορισμένων ελληνικών Ιnternet παρόχων με το συνεργαζόμενο DataCenter μας στην Γερμανία και πραγματοποιούμε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την άμεση επίλυσή του. Το πρόβλημα αναμένεται να επιλυθεί μέσα στην επόμενη μια (1) ώρα.

At this moment we are coping with an unexpected network issue communicating between some greek ISPs with our DataCenter in Germany. Our team is conducting all the necessary procedures for its restoration. The issue is expected to be solved within the next one (1) hour.
