All Incidents and Scheduled Maintenances

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι τo Σάββατο 24/8/24 και ώρα 06:00 θα πραγματοποιηθούν προγραμματισμένες εργασίες συντήρησης στους εξωτερικούς database servers οι οποίοι χρησιμοποιούνται σε κάποια από τα shared hosting πακέτα μας. Οι εργασίες αναμένεται να διαρκέσουν 1 ώρα, οπότε και όλες οι υπηρεσίες του server θα είναι και πάλι διαθέσιμες.

We would like to inform you that there will be a scheduled maintenance on the external database servers used on some of our shared hosting packages, on Saturday, 24/8/24 at 06:00 (EEST). The maintenance is expected to last 1 hour. All services will be available again at this time.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο πρόβλημα στην αυτόματη σύνδεση στο plesk από το control panel των χρηστών και πραγματοποιούμε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την άμεση επίλυσή του. Το πρόβλημα αναμένεται να επιλυθεί μέσα σε δύο (2) ώρες.

At this moment we are coping with an unexpected technical issue on automatically connect to plesk from the users' control panel. Our team is conducting all the necessary procedures for its restoration. The issue is expected to be solved within the next two (2) hours.
