All Incidents and Scheduled Maintenances

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι την Πέμπτη, 18 Ιανουαρίου και ώρα 07:00 θα πραγματοποιηθούν προγραμματισμένες εργασίες συντήρησης στους servers winzone66.grserver.gr και winzone67.grserver.gr. Οι εργασίες αναμένεται να διαρκέσουν 1 ώρα, οπότε και όλες οι υπηρεσίες του server θα είναι και πάλι διαθέσιμες.

We would like to inform you that there will be a scheduled maintenance on the servers winzone66.grserver.gr and winzone67.grserver.gr, on Thursday, 18 January at 07:00 (EEST). The maintenance is expected to last 1 hour. All services will be available again at this time.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο πρόβλημα στους server linux1007.grserver.gr και linux1017.grserver.gr. και πραγματοποιούμε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την άμεση επίλυσή του. Το πρόβλημα αναμένεται να επιλυθεί μέσα στην επόμενη μια (1) ώρα.

19:45: Το ζήτημα έχει βρεθεί και για την επίλυση και επαναφορά των υπηρεσιών, θα χρειαστούν 2 ακόμα ώρες.

At this moment we are coping with an unexpected technical issue on the server linux1007.grserver.gr and linux1017.grserver.gr. Our team is conducting all the necessary procedures for its restoration. The issue is expected to be solved within the next one (1) hour.

19:45: The issue has been identified and it will take 2 more hours to resolve and restore services.
