All Incidents and Scheduled Maintenances

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο πρόβλημα στην MySQL του server winzone64.grserver.gr και πραγματοποιούμε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την άμεση επίλυσή του. Το πρόβλημα αναμένεται να επιλυθεί μέσα στην επόμενη μια (1) ώρα.

UPDATE: Οι εργασίες αποκατάστασης παίρνουν περισσότερο χρόνο. Θα χρειαστεί επιπλέον 1 ώρα.

At this moment we are coping with an unexpected technical issue on the MySQL the server winzone64.grserver.gr. Our team is conducting all the necessary procedures for its restoration. The issue is expected to be solved within the next one (1) hour.

UPDATE: The recovery steps are taking longer than expected. We will need 1 more hour.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο πρόβλημα στον server iscsi2.grserver.gr* και πραγματοποιούμε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την άμεση επίλυσή του. Το παραπάνω επηρεάζει την υπηρεσία FTP Backup των VPS (όχι Acronis) και των Windows Shared hosting πακέτω που φιλοξενούνται στη Γερμανία.

Οι πελάτες που επιθυμούν επαναφορά κάποιου αντίγραφου ασφαλείας σε Windows shared hosting πακέτο μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν με την υποστήριξη ώστε να το προχωρήσουμε εμείς Οι πελάτες που κάνουν χρήση της υπηρεσίας FTP Backup δυστυχώς δεν θα είναι σε θέση να έχουν πρόσβαση σε παλαιότερα αντίγραφα ασφαλείας.

Η υπηρεσία αναμένεται να αποκατασταθεί μέσα στις επόμενες ώρες και όλοι οι χρήστες των VPS θα λάβουν νέα στοιχεία εισόδου μέσω email.

At this moment we are coping with an unexpected technical issue on the server iscsi2.grserver.gr. Our team is conducting all the necessary procedures for its restoration. This issue affects the FTP Backup service of the VPS (not Acronis) and all the Windows shared hosting packages located in Germany.

Windows Shared hosting clients who wish to restore a backup can contact our support department in order to assist you on this. Unfortunately, your old VPS FTP Backup wont be available any more.

The backup service is expected to be back online in the next few hours and all the VPS clients will receive new credentials.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι την Πέμπτη 4/5/2023 και ώρα 07:00 θα πραγματοποιηθούν προγραμματισμένες εργασίες συντήρησης στον server linuxzone143.grserver.gr. Οι εργασίες αναμένεται να διαρκέσουν 30 λεπτά.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι την Τετάρτη, 3 Μαίου και ώρα 07:00 θα πραγματοποιηθούν προγραμματισμένες εργασίες συντήρησης στον server linuxzone128.grserver.gr. Οι εργασίες αναμένεται να διαρκέσουν 1 ώρα, οπότε και όλες οι υπηρεσίες του server θα είναι και πάλι διαθέσιμες.
